D+H maintains its Customer Center website for existing clients, which gives you quick and easy access to available support and training options, which include:
- Support Center – Your source for obtaining the latest documentation and downloads related to the products you own.
- Case Management – Our quick and easy tool for logging support requests.
- Knowledge Center – Our self-help tool that allows you to search for the answers to your questions online.
- Training Services Center – Training Services Center is a subscription-based service for clients that provides the tools necessary to gain knowledge and experience with D+H products. Subscriptions are currently available for PhoenixEFE® Core and UltraData® Enterprise Core clients.
