Workers' Credit Union launched a unique "GiveBack" program that distributed more than $2 million to loyal members, based on the balances and types of accounts they held with the institution. Workers' used Touché® Analyzer to easily segment its members for reward payouts. This effort not only created a buzz, but also increased member retention and share of wallet.
