As Senior Product Manager for Vantiv, John manages several project teams to launch several new fraud and dispute solutions for financial institutions. John earned an MBA from Thomas More College, and is a seasoned professional who has successfully launched and managed a variety of new award-winning products, with experience in developing solutions to reduce fraudulent activity in ecommerce and other sales channels. He works closely with clients to understand their business needs in an effort to deliver industry leading products and services.
Paola Knapp, Product Manager, Enterprise Solutions, Payments and Integration
Paola Knapp is a Product Manager for Finastra, focusing on Card Payments and Item Processing solutions for financial institutions. During her time with the company for the past seven years, she has been responsible for project management for IPS initiatives, has functioned as a liaison between the Item Processing group, and has worked to identify product market opportunities through market research and needs analysis for Card Payments and Item Processing products.
