Davis + Henderson Announces Dividend Increase
TORONTO, Aug. 9, 2011 /CNW/ – The Board of Directors of Davis + Henderson Corporation (TSX: DH) (“D+H” or the “Company”) today announced its intention to increase the Company’s target annual dividend amount by approximately 3% to $1.24 per share annualized from the current amount of $1.20. The first quarterly payment at the new higher amount of $0.31 per share will be made on September 30, 2011 to shareholders of record August 31, 2011.
Actual declared dividends are subject to the discretion of the D+H Board of Directors and may vary from the intentions stated depending on, among other things, the Company’s earnings, financial requirements, and other conditions existing at such future time.
