*$60 per notification represents an average return calculated for each pre-authorized payment notification to a biller. It is based on a blending of the returns for a pre-authorized payment made via credit card and deposit accounts for both new and existing customers. The values used are based on historical data and may vary by bank.

Business Benefits

Higher Customer Retention

To retain customers, financial institutions must increase the ‘stickiness’ of their services. With Payment Manager as a pre-authorized payment solution, they have the opportunity to anchor their customers’ primary deposit account or ‘front of wallet’ card.

Greater Revenue Opportunities

Customers are strongly influenced by incentives, so the ability to leverage offers and promotions with higher fee-based reward cards for pre-authorized payments means more opportunities to increase revenue.

Better Insights

With better insight companies can make smarter decisions. Payment Manager enables financial institutions to learn more about their customers’ payment behavior and apply this insight when cross-selling new products and services.
