EZTeller® is one of the most powerful and feature-rich teller automation applications available, offering functionality that truly differentiates it from the rest: the Currency Transaction Report module, for example, with its extensive reporting, easy-to-use workflows, comprehensive configuration options and email receipts.
EZTeller is intuitive to use, powerful and robust in design and incorporates complete workstation redundancy that means tellers can continue to work even if the server, host system or network loses on-line connectivity.
Tellers are an extension of a financial institution’s brand. EZTeller has been designed to streamline the processes they need, increasing accuracy and speeding up customer transactions, while helping to ensure compliance at the same time. Thanks to this simplified workflow, tellers can focus on retaining customers, increasing product penetration and uncovering profitable opportunities.
EZTeller provides more than 50 management reports, with flexible criteria including branch and teller activity, CTR-related activity, fee income reporting, official checks issued, teller balancing history and more.
ActiveView® Teller Capture is also available with EZTeller, to allow tellers to capture images of checks and virtual signatures, deposit slips, payment coupons and other items right at the teller line. This method of capturing paper items leads to faster transaction processing, fewer teller errors, the elimination of batch runs and paper tickets and the creation of automatic virtual tickets.
EZTeller consolidates cash transactions from all branches and accumulates them using the threshold levels set by the financial institution. CTR reports make it easy to track consumer cash patterns, and avoid missing reportable currency transactions. The EZTeller CTR feature prompts tellers to enter the required information, tracks transaction types, and maintains holder, conductor, and exempt account data. Real-time tracking and consolidation is provided by both beneficiary and conductor across the entire financial institution. Common-ownership consolidation is also available.
