Finastra User Connect 2023

Finastra’s User Connect conference series has wrapped up for this year and it was a great success. With events in Chicago, Orlando, Dallas and Scottsdale during September, October and November the series brought together over 400 professionals from 275 community banks and credit unions.

The events provided a forum for the attendees to explore how to maximize their current Mortgagebot and LaserPro product suites and how Finastra’s evolving solutions can be configured to advance their most pressing profitability, growth, productivity, and compliance priorities.

I have been attending the LaserPro User Connect conferences for many years and each time I learn something new to bring back to my team and the bank.

There were also many opportunities for everyone to connect with Finastra’s product development experts, customer support teams, compliance experts, and key technology partners that integrate their solutions into Finastra’s end-to-end experience. Networking activities allowed participants to meet, and share best practices, with their peers from their region or from across the country.

User Connect is a very valuable event for us at Partners. The greatest value comes from the sharing of ideas between all the Mortgagebot users. I love to see people taking notes when they hear a solution to an issue they may be having, and learning how others use the system to benefit their day-to-day processes. Also, seeing what’s coming in the pipeline to improve the products keeps us motivated.
